Leave them Wanting More

Just back from Eureka with our client, so I made a good meal as all we had had was an egg McMuffin at 8 am. Piece de resistance was fresh coriander peach with vanilla ice cream, fresh caramel sauce and burnt almonds. Stefan liked it so much he went back for seconds and O-D'ed, so will never want it again. A pity, since I potted up the remainder of the sauce for another time.

We shoot again tomorrow, then I finish the curtains before hanging in Sonoma on Saturday.

There was fresh snow on the mountains as we drove down, all the way to Geyserville. Lovely.
