One conversation we had in Boston was: what *words* in a recipe immediately killed all interest in the dish?
Graham crackers, I said.
Meanwhile, said Minty.
Paddy: Anything in cans. Or having the calorie count per portion at the end.
And having things in the ingredient list like "Stock (see page 79)" which would take longer than the original recipe did it for all of us.
